A typical feature of a\u00a0<span class=\"html-italic\">Moist Moder<\/span>\u00a0is an Owbh horizon, which is smeary under moist or wet conditions. Water standing on the soil surface is common in late winter and spring; a blackish colour of both the Ol and Of horizons may temporarily indicate the hydromorphic conditions in the entire soil humus profile.\u00a0<span class=\"html-italic\">Moist Moder<\/span>\u00a0has typically the following features:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"ijpb-14-00050-f018\" class=\"html-fig-wrap\">\n<div class=\"html-fig_img\">\n<ul class=\"html-disc\">\n<li>\n<div class=\"html-p\">Ol horizon or Owl horizon is present;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"html-p\">Of horizon or Owf horizon is present;<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div class=\"html-p\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.humus-form.eu\/?page_id=337\">Owbh<\/a> horizon is present;
